Via dei Portoghesi is a quiet and strategic street in Porto Frailis, Arbatax. Just 500 metres from the beach of Porto Frailis, it is also convenient for walking to restaurants and the market.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE HOUSE
The Casa A due passi dal Mare, is furnished with care by the owner who has made it very comfortable and functional.
House on two floors, on the ground floor there is the living area and a bathroom and on the upper floor there are the 3 bedrooms and another bathroom.
The living room has a sitting area with sofa and TV and in the kitchen there is a spacious dining table, the brand new kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils.
One double and two single bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. A veranda for outdoor dining and an additional outdoor area with a barbecue for your summer barbecues.
Air conditioning, wifi and private parking available free of charge
You can reach the sea in less than 10 minutes on foot!
